These images and the trailer from our featured CGI artist Don "Titon" Bergren - (napaauto@ncis.com). He is currently working on a Battlestar Galactica computer rendered film entitled "The Millenia". It features a compelling story line and some incredible computer effects. All the ships and models are original except for the Pegasus Model that was originally designed by H. Gibbons. This model was also altered and retextured to create the "Millenia" in the stills and the trailer. Below are some of Titon's renders, the first two are from the trailer and the second are just stills. Also check out Page 2 for more great CGI images from Don. At the bottom of this page you can download the Preview, Trailer, Part 1, and the new Part 2 from the "Milenia" project. Part 2 requires the Divx Codec, Click Here to download it and install it, and the ASF (Advanced Steaming Format) requires the latest Microsoft Media Player. The number of the colonies of man. 12 majestic Battlestars to protect the fragile soil of humanity. It is the final years of a brutal 1000 yahren war that has seen the destruction of all but 5 of these majestic vessels. Only 5 remained to protect against total and udder defeat. Save one. A 6th Battlestar led by a Legend who was thought to be lost years before. This story is about him along with a few Higher ranking commanders within the colonies who took it upon themselves to make sure that the war effort would continue. So began a plan of utmost secrecy. Not even the quorum of twelve or the President himself new of this all but forgotten secret. A secret known to only one man. A legend. The quorum of twelve originally authorized the construction of 12 and only 12 Battlestars. One representing each colony of man. By the time the 12th and final Battlestar was constructed several others had all ready been destroyed. The quorum refused to appropriate funds to bring the fleet to full strength. There was a severe tylium shortage and the colonies were forced to pay for fuel from adjoining systems. The time was now for Cain and his select core of commanders to make there move. They began secret negotiations with the Delphian Empire. The Delphians had a truce with the cylons. A truce none of them trusted. They accepted Cains proposal and construction began on the 13th Battlestar. The Millenia. The Millenia was to be the prototype of Battlestars to come. Mightier than any warship ever constructed. The one that Cain would use to defeat the cylons once and for all. But he never got that chance. Until now. Unknown to the Galactica the Pegasus and her crew did survive the head on Battle with the Cylons. She then headed towards destiny, a destiny that one man held in his hands. The salvation of all humans. The Millenia. Cains ambitions was to stop running and turn back. Retake what had been taken from them. But can he win this fight? We shall see...
