Personalized, autographed pictures may be purchased for $18.00 each ($16.50 + $1.50 S/H). Jack will personally autograph each photo to the individual who requested it.

To order your picture Click on the PayPal button below the picture you want to purchase. You can pay by Credit Card or ECheck (debited directly from your checking account). Each photo must be purchased separately, but multiple copies of the same photo can be purchased in one order. If you have any special requests for the message, have multiple names for the photo(s) to be autographed to, or if you would like to pay by US Mail in a Money Order or Check, please email CureMode@curemode.com.
