These are photos from the 2nd Annual Northeast SuperCon in Melville, Long Island, NY. It took place on November 21st, 1999 and it was a benefit for the Suffok County Special Olympics. Battlestar Galactica guest Jack Stauffer "Lt. Bojay" was in attendance, signing autographs and answering questions. I was able to attend and meet Jack again as well as distribute BSG Revival Flyers. There were other Sci-Fi guests as well including Julie Caitlin Brown (Babylon 5) and Chase Masterson (DS9), regrettably there were many cancellations and the attendance was light. I did meet artist Tye Bourdony - (lightersidescifi@aol.com) who has a collection called "Lighter Side of Sci-Fi". His art includes some Battlestar Galactica paradies and other interesting Sci-Fi spoofs, please check out some of his work on his Featured Artist page in the Special Features Section. I also took a few shots of my now complete Colonial Warrior outfit including my new Sidi Full Boar Boots (original model from 1973). I wanted to make them available for everyone on the Sci-Fi Channel BSG BBoard and others in Battlestar Galactica community. These scans are around 25K a piece so they may take a few seconds to load.
